Milan Milojevic is the founder and managing partner of MSA IP. He has over 20 years' experience in the field of protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights in the regions of South-Eastern and Eastern Europe and across the globe, during which time he has managed cases for some of the world's leading companies from different industries (FMCG, pharma and apparel, among others). Milan has handled a great number of complex contentious matters, and he also advises on cross-border infringement and unfair competition matters. His work nowadays focuses on providing strategic advice to clients on portfolio management, trademark searches and brand protection strategies. As a representative of some of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies, Milan has also become involved in regulatory affairs and has gained in-depth knowledge in that field.
Milan is an active member of International Trademark Association (INTA), where he currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors. In 2017, he was elected Chair of the Enforcement Committee, having previously served as its Vice Chair. Before that, he sat on the Anti-Counterfeiting Committee as Chair of the Subcommittee for Eastern Europe and Central Asia. In that role, he lobbied extensively for the implementation of anti-counterfeiting rules into national laws of the countries in South-Eastern Europe and organized round tables on the subject of anti-counterfeiting. Milan sat on the INTA Presidential Task Force in 2018 and has worked on a number of Board Resolution drafts. He continues with his INTA volunteer work by serving in the Unfair Competition Committee. Milan is a regular speaker at INTA organized events and has written many articles on the subject of trademark enforcement and anti-counterfeiting. He is also a member of other professional organizations, including PTMG and MARQUES.

Milos's practice focuses on protection and enforcement of trademarks and other IP rights in the regions of South-Eastern and Eastern Europe. He has participated in legal actions against counterfeits, pirated goods and other intellectual property infringements, both before courts and through the use of administrative actions. Milos has helped building MSA IP's brand protection practice which nowadays acts as a hub for large global brands from sectors such as pharma and healthcare, food and beverages, FMCG, fashion, automotive, and more. He helms the team of experienced brand protection attorneys, paralegals and analysts, which provides efficient and skilled enforcement, advanced monitoring and analysis of online and physical markets, and reliable and sophisticated intelligence gathering, aimed at dismantling the most complex counterfeiting networks .
Milos is an active member of several professional organizations, including ECTA, where he serves as a member of the Anti-Counterfeiting Committee, and INTA, where he serves as a member of the Pro Bono Committee. He also actively participates in the work of AmCham Serbia, notably as a member of the Grey Economy Committee.

Mirjana's practice focuses on trademark and design opposition and cancellation matters. She also oversees search projects and advises about any factors that may represent an obstacle for successful registration and use of trademarks and designs. Mirjana started her professional career in the judiciary; after several years she moved to the Intellectual Property Office of Serbia where she worked for 10 years, occupying various positions. In 2010, Mirjana was appointed Head of the Trademarks Department in the Serbian IPO and remained on that position until joining MSA IP in November 2016. During her time at the IPO, she actively participated in many programs and activities organized by WIPO, WTO and EUIPO.
Mirjana is an active member of several professional organizations, including ECTA and INTA, where she served during two consecutive terms as a member of the Trademark Office Practices Committee.

Stefan advises clients on the issues of IT law, software law, domain name law, contract law, copyright and Intellectual Property law in general. He has helped develop MSA IP's anti-piracy practice, with particular focus on software piracy, for which Stefan's team has represented a number of leading software companies. Stefan is involved in investigations into allegations of piracy, pre-litigation activities, and enforcement of rights in civil, administrative or criminal proceedings.
He is an active member of several professional organizations, including ECTA, where he serves as a member of the Internet Committee, INTA, where he serves as a member of the Internet Committee, and IT IP Law Group Europe.
Stefan is a member of the Steering committee of the Non-governmental Organization for providing free legal aid via Internet "Pro Bono" since 2011.

Vuk Sekulic is the founder and managing partner of MSA IP. His practice in Intellectual Property law started in 2007, following eight years of working as a criminal defense lawyer. Vuk has represented a vast number of clients, including large multi-national companies in all aspects of trademark protection, management and enforcement in the regions of South-Eastern and Eastern Europe. He has participated in and supervised legal actions against counterfeits, pirated goods and other Intellectual Property infringements, both before courts and through the use of administrative actions. Vuk is an experienced litigator who has been involved in a number of high-profile trademark disputes in the region that have led to landmark decisions on important issues, such as parallel imports and protection and infringement of famous trademarks.
Vuk is an active member of several international organizations in the field of Intellectual Property: International Trademark Association (INTA), where he is currently sitting in the Enforcement Committee, UNION-IP, a European association of practitioners in the fields of intellectual property, where he is currently representing Serbia in the Executive Committee, and IT IP Law Group Europe, a network of specialist IT and IP lawyers covering in the European Union, Scandinavia and Eastern Europe.
Vuk also occasionally lectures on various topics of Intellectual Property law, notably to postgraduate students of University of Belgrade.
