Home Help provides housing vacancy links between property managers and Community Services. We support new and existing renters of local property managers to prevent them from becoming homeless. We engage property managers at a local level to sustain tenancies. We intervene early and assist renters in hardship before things get out of hand... The Home Help Real Estate Engagement Project was developed as part of Communities and Justice, SWS Homelessness District Implementation Group Premiers Priority. The Governance group is made up of representatives from Real Estate Agencies, Specialist Homelessness Services, Department of Communities and Justice and Homelessness Peak Body.
