New Britain Emergency Medical Services Academy provides healthcare education, training, and support to the greater New Britain community. This includes lay public, day cares, healthcare providers and general business and industry... Designated as an American Heart Association Community Training Center (CTC) it is s a key component to the national AHA Training Network. Our large network of affiliated instructors provide healthcare education to clients that include the Consolidated School District of New Britain, the New Britain Fire Department, the Hartford Job Corps Academy, Trinity College, CCSU, and multiple other private business and industries located within Connecticut and Massachusetts... A primary mission of the Academy is to provide initial credentialing and continuing healthcare education for our EMS Operations Division staff. We invest heavily in the delivery and oversight of our clinical services.
