Our technicians are required to complete a set of six certification tests annually in order to perform these warranty repairs... Dell systems are usually purchased with three-year onsite warranty, with exception of monitors, keyboard and mouse, which are three year carry in (non reimbursable). Depending on problem, most repairs are done at customer site. NetBuilders is also an Apple authorized service provider.
