Oak Glen Ministries' mission is to provide an opportunity for people to understand themselves and the community. This is expressed through training in citizenship, service, and leadership. Our volunteers provide an environment that is safe and nurturing... We utilize programs that provide positive leadership development and goal-setting for the youth. We are dedicated to reaching individuals in both urban and rural communities. These are the most critical areas in the United States today. We work with these individuals to ensure that they have the same opportunities as any other person in this country. We work with individuals from age six (6) to twenty-one (21)... Each year we serve individuals, by providing them with programs that help them be more productive citizens. These opportunities include value based, education, and cultural programs.
