Operation Restoration CDC is a Faith Base Non-profit 501(c)(3) and a South Carolina Certified Community Development Corporation. ORCDC Veterans Program consist of (2) entites, Welcome Home Veterans Transitional Programs are staffed solely by volunteers and supported by collaborative community partnerships. The inspiration for Welcome Home came from one of our graduates, a decorated veteran who was homeless. Upon realizing the program he completed was closing, he suggested we turn the house into a transition shelter for Homeless Veterans.
