Founded by Fred and Grace Cook back in 1921, the Pacific Dining Car has been in the business of quality steaks for over 100 years. We use only U.S.D.A Prime American beef that is dry aged to ensure the very best flavor and divine texture... The original Pacific Dining Car at 1310 W. 6th St. in Los Angeles is designated a historic-cultural monument, paving the way for restoration!
