Our staff at Options is second to none with most in long-term recovery from drugs and alcohol. At Options, we believe that without addressing the whole body, long term mind recovery will be impossible. We believe in having effective aftercare which will includes counselling sessions as often as you may feel you need them. You are able to engage in sessions with Options counsellors from anywhere with an internet connection via Skype, Face Time, Messenger, Zoom and other social connection platforms. Counsellors are also only a phone call away. If you are in the neighbourhood, drop-ins are encouraged. We believe that aftercare helps to integrate the information and skills you learned in treatment into your daily decisions post residential care.
