Paul E. Harrison, a New Orleans native, received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Providence College in Providence, Rhode Island, in 1992 where he graduated with honors. After graduation, he relocated to Louisiana and attended the Paul M. Hebert School of Law at Louisiana State University. While in law school, Paul was a member of the Moot Court Board and a Tullis competitor. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 1996. He was admitted to practice law in Louisiana in 1996. After working for law firms in New Orleans and Covington, Paul founded the firm in 2006. Paul currently serves as General Counsel to the St. Tammany Parish School Board. In that position, he provides advice and representation on matters relating to faculty, staff and student relationships, procurement, public financing, contracts, property, construction, workers' compensation and personal injury litigation, claims under Title VII, Title IX, Section 504 and the Civil Rights Act, the American with Disabilities Act, free-speech issues, constitutional issues, and public bid law issues. Paul also serves as an Assistant Town Attorney for the Town of Abita Springs. Paul has maintained a private practice of general civil law in Mandeville, Louisiana, representing individuals and businesses in a wide array of legal matters for over 20 years. These matters include complex personal injury cases, insurance coverage, construction, property rights, civil rights, collections, contracts, real estate, and employment law. Paul is a member of the American Bar Association, the Louisiana Bar Association, the 22nd Judicial District Bar Association and the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel. He is a member of the Northlake-Mandeville Rotary Club and Leadership St. Tammany Class of 2017. Paul is admitted to practice law in all Louisiana state courts and the U.S. District Courts of the Middle, Eastern, and Western Districts of Louisiana, and the U.S Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal.
