Bento joined PIDC in 2004 as an Assistant Project Manager. As a Project Executive, he now manages multiple projects from pre-construction through completion. With 15+ years in the construction industry, his project resumé includes successful lab/office projects, core and shell construction, manufacturing and chemical storage facilities.Bento's skills come into play early during the conceptual stage, where he provides expert budgeting and design-assist support. During construction, he leverages strong time management and organizational skills to keep the project team clearly focused on critical path items. The visible care and commitment he brings to each project has enabled him to develop a following of repeat clients.A graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology with a BS degree in Architectural Engineering, Bento also holds a MA Construction Supervisor License. He resides in Mendon with his wife, Lindsay - his sons, Lucas and Maxwell - and their dog. In his downtime, he can be found cheering on the Boston sports teams and spending summer days chasing his sons on the beach.

Dianne Barrette

With 18 years of construction-industry experience, Dianne Barrette efficiently manages a broad range of project/client needs, while administering the flow of information between teams. At PIDC, her duties include overseeing data quality and integrity across our Prolog project management software system. Dianne also manages several file sharing/archiving platforms, including Newforma, Buzzsaw & SharePoint. During her career, she has worked in a host of departments including cost accounting, operations, marketing and legal. Dianne holds an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies, and has earned certifications in Administration, Accounting and Marketing. She is also a proud alumnus of the international Phi Theta Kappa honor society. A past board member of the Woonsocket YMCA, Dianne's volunteer efforts for nonprofits have included grant writing for the Champlin Foundation and Rhode Island Foundation - part of a collaborative outreach effort for children in need. For the past 14 years, Dianne has also served as president of the homeowner's organization, for the development where she resides in North Smithfield, RI.

With over 25 years of accounting and finance-related experience, Jill Blondin is responsible for managing all financial, accounting and administrative functions at PIDC - including our relationships with banks, insurers and sureties. Her multifaceted day-to-day duties include financial reporting, cash management, budgeting and forecasting, project cost accounting, cost analysis and corporate tax planning. Jill also handles all human resources, payroll and IT functions at PIDC. While earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College with a concentration in Accounting, Jill was inducted into the prestigious Jesuit Honor Society, Alpha Sigma Nu. A fitness enthusiast, Jill has completed seven marathons including the Boston Marathon. Once a competitive CrossFit Athlete and trainer, Jill is a "Pro" with the IFBB (International Federation of Body Builders). Although she is now retired from bodybuilding, during her professional bodybuilding career she competed on the prestigious Olympia stage and earned herself a respectable 6th Place world ranking at the Rising Phoenix World Championships. An avid bowhunter, Jill can be found in her tree stand during the fall whitetail season. Jill is an active member of Coast to Coast Dachshund Rescue and volunteers her time to walk dogs at The Worcester Animal Rescue League. She currently resides in Uxbridge, MA, with her fiancé, Michael.

Over the past 40-plus years, Kevin has serviced projects in over 20 states. His varied roles include project manager/executive, operations manager and owner representative. At PIDC, Kevin is responsible for the establishment and maintenance of standardized work processes and procedures, to ensure the repeated delivery of safe, successful projects for satisfied clients. Core values and consistency in processes have always been guiding principles for Kevin. As he continually encourages his team to examine the current "accepted" paradigm - and to creatively challenge the status quo - PIDC has built a top-notch team of project managers, superintendents and document control personnel. The integrity and energy they bring to each assignment, augmented by competitive employment of proven suppliers and subcontractors, is reflected in their exacting, cost-effective execution. Keeping with the PIDC management philosophy, Kevin is actively involved in both project planning and implementation. He maintains a MA Construction Supervisor License, along with requisite Superintendent licenses in both Boston and Cambridge. Before joining PIDC in 2001, Kevin was Regional Operations Manager for Marshall Contractors in Rumford, RI: the genesis of his long, fruitful working relationship with our CEO, Peter Young. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a BA in Construction Management, Kevin also earned a Master's Degree in Education from Rhode Island College. Residing in East Greenwich, RI, Kevin and his wife Mary Jane have four adult children. In addition to his vital roles to ensure the continued success and growth at PIDC, while developing the next generation of management, Kevin collaborates with Mary Jane in operating their nonprofit organization which helps educational organizations achieve their goals to update and improve their physical facilities.

Kris Salamon

Hired as a project manager in 2004, Kris steadily progressed to his current position as vice president and director of life sciences. His responsibilities include managing multiple projects for a select list of key PIDC clients, along with the oversight of additional projects. Kris is also tasked with the mentoring of project managers, assistant project managers and superintendents under his direct report. With 25+ years in the construction industry, including both field and office experience, Kris consistently brings cost effective real-world solutions to the table. Concentrating on life sciences and advanced technologies, his resume includes labs, vivariums, cleanrooms, cGMP, manufacturing, infrastructure upgrades and associated first-class offices. Kris plays a vital part in all aspects of project development. During preconstruction, he develops initial cost models and schedules, reviews early design documents for constructability, and regularly offers design assistance - particularly in adaptive reuse situations. In subsequent stages of development, Kris handles procurement, equipment expediting and implementation. He continually works with the client and end-users to confirm the design/construction is working to achieve the desired end result. Our clients value his innate sense of urgency and commitment, his keen eye for on-time, below-budget cost control, and the detailed turnover documents provided by Kris and his team. A graduate of the University of Maine with a degree in Construction Management Technology, Kris has also obtained a Construction Supervisor License and completed OSHA 30-hour training. Hired as a superintendent in 2001, Marty has steadily advanced to his current position as Construction Manager. This includes all field operations for multiple projects, along with all day-to-day interactions with both client and design teams. With 40+ years of experience in the construction industry, Marty has extensive knowledge in residential, commercial and industrial projects. He is typically involved in the early phases to help ensure procurement, logistics and schedule are dovetailed to meet the critical milestones of the project. Bringing knowledge-based solutions to complicated, fast-track and design/build executions, Marty's resume includes key projects involving life science, cGMP, manufacturing, infrastructure, cogeneration and power upgrades. Since 2001, Peter's primary role has been to define the overall course of business, while contributing daily to favorable project outcomes and overall client satisfaction. This requires both an understanding of the construction industry and the ability to establish a broad directional plan - while making the big-picture strategic decisions that elevate a project execution. Prior to joining PIDC, Peter was Regional Vice President for Marshall Contractors in Rumford, RI. A leading technology facilities builder, the company's significant portfolio included pharmaceutical, biotech, advanced technology and commercial projects. Its enviable repeat-client list included Fortune 500 leaders such as Pfizer, Intel and IBM - along with a long list of regional startups. With over 35 years of regional construction management, contracting and design/build experience, Peter's unique project delivery methods result in a truly integrated team approach. He firmly believes that, if you do the right thing for your clients, everything else will follow. A University of New Hampshire graduate with a degree in Civil Engineering. Peter resides in Holliston with his wife, Kim and their yellow lab, Greeley. They have two grown children pursuing their own passionate careers. Peter has served on the Holliston Building Committee advisory board, and continues to serve the First Congregational Church of Holliston on its capital campaign & property committees.

Rebecca Caulfield

Rebecca works with our clients in the earliest phases of a project to help define their needs. This enables the development of a thoughtful budgeting and scheduling approach, positioning PIDC to complete the determined scope of work in a manner that exceeds client expectations. Prior to joining PIDC in 2018, Rebecca worked as a member of the Facilities Planning and Capital Projects team at Providence College. Serving as an assistant project manager, Rebecca was involved in the design and construction of projects ranging from academic spaces, to campus-wide landscape transformations and top-of-the-line athletic facilities. As a result of her experience on the owner's side of construction, she has a demonstrated ability for developing transparent client-centric approaches - and for coaching clients who are less experienced with the process. Augmenting the BA in Psychology she earned at Providence College, Rebecca recently completed a Master's in Construction Management at the New England Institute of Technology. Currently residing in Providence, she enjoys exploring the RI coastline, traveling to new countries, and living an active outdoors-oriented lifestyle.

Since entering the construction industry in 1997, Rob's affinity for mechanical and electrical intensive projects has been readily apparent. Technical projects have remained his focus since joining PIDC in 2004. Rob's technical competence, his ability to organize, to problem solve, and to delegate are leveraged daily. Over his nearly 20 years at PIDC, Rob has successfully managed our most challenging projects in the infrastructure, power, & utility markets. Rob's experience has been instrumental, aiding in several challenging core/shell upgrades in the life sciences. The merging of these market segment skills enable Rob to effectively lead our executive team across the full spectrum of our markets, including life sciences, power/utility & institutional. The vast majority of projects Rob oversees require early design development, conceptual budgeting, long-lead procurement, intense field coordination and a well-planned startup/commissioning effort. Rob's unwavering concentration on project details - while conveying the owners' needs to the design team - make him an invaluable asset for both PIDC and our clients. Rob's integrity and desire to work transparently with clients, coworkers, and subcontractors make him a trusted team member. A graduate of Northeastern University, Rob earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Structural Engineering, along with a minor in Business Administration. Sal joined PIDC in 2011 and progressed his role to project executive. Sal is called on to add value to selected engineering-intensive projects at PIDC, in the past as a Field Superintendent or Construction Manager. His day-to-day activities include management/supervision of all aspects of construction on projects - Estimating, coordinating construction schedules and project logistics to suit the needs of project managers, superintendents, clients/ owners and tenants - and the development/analysis of commercial and industrial budgets.With over 20 years of construction industry experience, Sal holds Massachusetts construction supervisor's licenses, Boston & Cambridge ABC License as well as Massachusetts licensed master plumber, certified welder/inspector. His in-depth understanding of MEP systems provides clients and project partners with a distinct advantage for dealing with complex framing and installation challenges. Sal all supports PIDC as the company corporate safety manager, to help ensure project safety and compliance.In his personal time, he enjoys traveling, watching, and attending Bruins games, golfing and spending time with his family and friends.

Steven has over 25 years' experience in the construction industry. A graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology with a BS in Civil Engineering. Steve supervises all types of trades while also overseeing and implementing project scheduled, Safety requirements and quality control. Steve has completed numerous projects, providing insight to construction related activities including pre-construction, site logistics, MEP coordination as well as demolition and construction of new foundations and structural modifications. Steve wears multiple hats managing projects, collaborating closely with clients and actively pursuing preconstruction opportunities. His broad knowledge of various industries allows him to be flexible and well diverse to serve a large variety of clients. Prior to Joining PIDC, Steve spent 15+ years leading large capital projects for a several companies ranging from new capital equipment to new facilities. Serving as Sr. Project Manager, Steve was responsible for projects such as complex custom manufacturing equipment to Cogeneration plant utility projects. As a result, his experience provides him with a well-rounded unique set of skills that provide clients and project partners with distinct advantages for driving project success. A graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology with a Mechanical Engineering degree, Steve also holds various training certificates in PLC Controls, robotics, process engineering, and Six Sigma. Steve resides in Melrose, MA with his wife and three children. During his personal time, Steve enjoys the outdoors mountain biking, hiking, skiing, and spending time with his family.
