Al-Qahtani which is a 100% Saudi based company, situated in the Eastern Province city of Al-Jubail, King Faisal Street, DANA building... PSCC is primarily a Construction company which started working on Electrical and Instrumentation projects in Power Plants, Petrochemicals and Chemical Plants. We have expanded our horizon to incorporate multi-discipline activities related to Civil, Mechanical and Communication.
