Andrea Stenta

Brian Martin

Brian graduated from SUNY Broome with his A.A.S. with Physics Designation in 2011. He then received his A.A.S. in PTA from SUNY Broome in 2014. Being a former athlete himself, Brian understands the importance of a well-rounded rehab program, centered on hands-on care. Brian enjoys working with people with a variety of diagnoses such as sports injuries, joint replacements, gait and balance, stroke, and other neurological disorders. In his spare time, Brian stays busy raising his 3 children and spending time with his animals. He enjoys music, movies, and a wide variety of sports.

Derek Sturdevant

Derek Sturdevant joined Pullano PT is 2019. Derek received his A.A.S. in PTA from SUNY Broome in 2019. He also received a B.S. is Sports Medicine from Marywood University in 2012. While at Marywood, Derek was a two-sport college athlete playing both lacrosse and golf. Derek has embraced the hands-on philosophy here at Pullano PT and enjoys working with patients one-on-one utilizing his skills to help them through the rehabilitation process. In his free time Derek enjoys spending his time outdoors hiking with his rescue dogs, golfing, and kayaking.

Matthew Pullano

Owner and Physical Therapist Matt Pullano graduated from Union Endicott high school and continued his education at University at Buffalo where he received his physical therapy degree in 1997. His interest in physical therapy began when he tore his ACL snow skiing at 15 years old. Following surgery and rehabilitation he discovered enjoyment in the exercise aspect of therapy. An additional intrigue with anatomy made for an easy choice of careers leading to physical therapy. After working for large medical group locally, Matt made the decision to work for himself. In January 2004 Pullano Physical Therapy was formed with the intention to deliver one on one hands on care in an industry trending toward a hands off approach. Matt is an athlete himself & knows what it takes to step up on the day of competition and perform.

Michael Isenberg

Michael joined Pullano Physical Therapy in 2005. After leaving in 2018 to explore the home care setting, Michael returned to PPT in the fall of 2020. He is a graduate of Union Endicott Highschool class of 1997. He received a degree in Athletic Training from Penn State University in 2001 and went on to earn his Master's of Physical Therapy from SUNY Upstate Medical University in 2005. With a background working with high level athletes, Michael enjoys working with sports related injuries with a focus on functional strengthening techniques. Other clinical skills include identifying postural and mechanical faults that result in chronic pain and reinjury. He also believes in Yoga as a valuable tool for strength and balance. Consistent with the Pullano PT treatment model, Michael relies heavily on one-on-one manual therapy techniques to accelerate the healing process. Michael stays busy raising his 3 children. His hobbies include running, obstacle course racing, racquetball, and live music. Michael is excited to return to the Pullano PT team & the wonderful members he has met over the years.
