Carrie Cummings, DNP, ARNP, FNP-BC is one of Ponte Verda Plastic Surgery's aesthetic Nurse Practitioners. She enjoys helping individuals meet their health, beauty, and lifestyle goals.
Chris is master certified in microneedling, and is also certified in administering all chemical peels.
As an aesthetician with Ponte Vedra Plastic Surgery, Debra continually strives to advance her aesthetic education and skills.

As founder of Ponte Vedra Plastic Surgery, Dr. C. Cayce Rumsey III is a board-certified Northeast Florida plastic surgeon who knows what it takes to achieve superior results.

Dr. Christopher Bates is excited to become a part of the community here and finally call Northeast Florida home.
Dr. Christopher Bates grew up in Dalton, Georgia. Ever since being an exchange student in Germany in high school, he has loved to travel the world, and he has been blessed to continue this passion with his wife, Miranda. They have lived in several states and have recently relocated from California. Their families have both spent ample time in the St. Simons area and are very familiar with north Florida. Dr. Bates enjoys snowboarding, wakeboarding, golf, and loves to spend his time off with his son, Brody, and his daughter, London. He is also a major college football fan. Go Dawgs!

Dr. Hancock trained with Dr. Bates and was a Chief Resident of Plastic Surgery. She specializes in breast procedures, body contouring, and mommy makeovers and rhinoplasty.
Dr. Ellen Hancock was born and raised as a first generation Chinese American in Austin, Texas. She went to Rochester, New York to study neuroscience and studio art, and returned to coastal Galveston, Texas for medical school where she met her husband, Kevin, in anatomy class at the University of Texas Medical Branch. She and her husband then continued onto their respective residencies in Galveston with their two dogs, Shiner and Ruby, and backyard chickens. The Drs. Hancock are excited to continue their journey and settle down in beautiful Ponte Vedra, FL! Dr. Hancock enjoys acrylic and oil painting, hiking and running, raising her backyard chickens, spoiling her dogs, traveling with her husband, and one day owning her own ranch: Hancock Farms.

Although Dr. Sternberg didn't start in plastic surgery, he has such a profound appreciation for how it can transform lives - and how it's not purely about vanity. Although born in New York state and raised in West Virginia, Ponte Vedra has been home to Dr. Burk for almost 30 years. With genuine intellectual curiosity, Dr. Burk has traveled around the country and world to partner with elite global surgeons to increase his knowledge and add to his repertoire.
Dr. Burk has been board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery since 1997. Throughout his career, Dr. Burk has given numerous lectures and published a variety of scientific articles on various plastic surgery topics.

Kimberly is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner who believes in in creating customized treatment plans to achieve the most optimal outcomes.
Kristen, a New York native, moved to Jacksonville after earning her master's degree in Physician Assistant Sciences. With nearly two decades of experience as a Certified Physician Assistant, her career began in Gastroenterology and Hepatology.
Mary is an aesthetician at PVPS. She has a passion for skincare and helping her patients achieve their best results.
Michelle Besner studied skin and scalp health at the Contemporary School of Beauty Culture in Syracuse, New York. She then worked in the beauty industry as a Master Hair Designer providing aesthetic services.
