Pulse Pilates is a judgement free Pilates studio with small classes and highly-trained energetic instructors... Pulse offers a wide variety of classes from High-Intensity Jump board and Power Pilates to relaxing candlelight and everything in between. Pulse trains everyone from Miss North Carolina, Carolina Ballet to seniors in their 70's and 80's. Pilates is great for everyone and every BODY!! Come take a free trial class and find out for yourself why Pulse has won BEST Pilates studio... Privates are always a great way to learn the Pilates technique, become familiar with the equipment, and learn important cueing. However, if privates don't interest you, we offer a beginner class with a maximum of 6 people. This way, you can receive a lot of one-on-one attention as you begin your Pilates journey.
