We started our company with vision of having nice homes in areas where people living around them are happy that we invested in their neighborhood. We have resided in Davenport our whole lives so we know the area well and are happy to invest in it. Many of the homes we purchased we saved from disrepair and we fix them up with goals of long term investment in mind. With our backgrounds of accounting and construction we make a good team and work hard to provide excellent customer service... We started our business of providing single family homes for rent in 2013. We're on a mission to provide clean, well maintained homes in nice areas for responsible tenants. We strive to have tenants that are happy when they move in and just as happy with us when the move out. We also strive to be good neighbors so we take pride in our yards and home exteriors.
