Dr. Lewis graduated from the New York State College of Veterinary Medicine at Cornell University in May, 1995. Following graduation she practiced for 1-1/2 years in a Small Animal/Equine private practice outside Albany, NY. She began working at Ridge Animal Hospital in December, 1996. Since then she has worked in the small animal clinic and on the road as a predominately equine practitioner.
On a personal note, she has had 2 brief leaves to give birth to her 2 children, but has since returned full time to practice veterinary medicine. She enjoys very much working in both areas of the practice and especially enjoys the spring time breeding season.

Dr. Monti, a 1986 graduate of The Ohio State University, joined the Ridge Animal Hospital in 1986 and became a partner in 1990. His primary clinical interests are surgery and ultrasonography (cardiac). Outside of practice he enjoys reading, computers, and flying small planes. His dog Zoey keeps him busy at home.
