Cecil joins Sarpong Capital after a fifteen (15) year career as a Business Analyst across the retail and clothing & apparel sectors. Prior to joining Sarpong Capital, Cecil spent two (2) years at Ted Baker UK, where he focused on managing and implementing an ERP migration to Microsoft Dynamics AX for Ted Baker's Asia operations. He also managed the data migration process of Ted Baker's CRM implementation. Cecil spent three (3) years at Crew Clothing Company (UK) where he worked on managing a migration from Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 to R3. He also spent eight (8) years at Chelsea Football Club as a financial and business analyst. Cecil is a certified PRINCE2 practicioner. He holds a BEng (Hons) in Electrical Engineering and Electronics from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST). His focus at Sarpong Capital is overall responsibility for all managing and delivering key strategic projects of the Firm.

Dennis Ayittah

Dennis is a Human Resource graduate from the Pentecost University College, and his interests include music, video games, playing basketball, and watching movies.

Before joining Sarpong Capital, Jacinta was the Head of finance at TG Finance & Leasing, a non-bank financial institution in Accra. She also spent 8 years with the UT Bank as a Finance Manager and later a Finance Business Partner. Jacinta is an experienced finance professional who has executed several transactions including corporate restructuring, due diligence, and mergers and acquisitions. Jacinta is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG) and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). She is an Accounting graduate from the University of Ghana. At Sarpong Capital, Jacinta oversees the Firm's Finance Division and regulatory reporting.

James Frempong

He is responsible for pricing derivatives trades as a market-maker, making risk decisions and generating trading strategies based on analysis and research, interacting with clients and sharing ideas and market views. Prior to joining Sarpong Capital, James spent 4 years as a quantitatvie analyst at IHS Markit in London covering Credit Derivatives. He has also worked with Santander as a Quantitiative analyst in charge of methodology risk, portfolio modelling & forecasting. James has strong knowledge and experience in credit, credit derivatives, fixed income, derivatives markets well as complex structured products. He has experience and practical knowledge in software development using C, C++, SQL, and VBA for complex pricing and risk systems. James holds a BSc. in Computer Science and Engineering from the Universtiy of Mines and Technology and an MSc. in Financial Engineering from the University of Reading ICMA Center. Prior to joining Sarpong Capital Kofi worked with GFX Prime, a broker-dealer in Ghana. Before GFX Prime Kofi interned with IT Consortium as an Software Engineer. Kofi holds a BSc. in Management Information Systems Ashesi University. He attended Achimota Senior High School and his interests include basketball, volunteering, and photography.

Kofi Fynn

Kofi is the Managing Director of Petra Trust a Pension Trustee and Administrator. Prior to founding Petra Trust, Kofi was Chief Operating Officer in charge of Asset Management at Oceanic Capital Company Limited ("OCCL"), the investment banking subsidiary of Oceanic Bank International Plc. At OCCL, Kofi was responsible for setting and implementing the strategy for the asset management business, as well as co-managing the day to day operations of OCCL. In addition to his executive responsibilities, and as part of his broad leadership roles within the Oceanic Bank Group, Kofi led the strategic review of Oceanic Bank's decision to enter the Nigerian Pension Market as a Pension Fund Custodian, and advised the firm on how to position the pension custody business for success. Kofi joined OCCL in March 2008 from Wellington Management Company in Boston, Massachusetts, where he was an associate partner. Wellington Management is a global asset management firm with in excess of $550 billion of assets under management. As the lead portfolio manager for central banks and international organization mandates, Kofi managed a portfolio totalling $4 billion in assets. This was broadly distributed among pension fund, reserve fund and sovereign wealth fund mandates from some of the largest institutions in Asia and Africa. In addition to his portfolio management role, Kofi was responsible for leading the firm's advisory effort to this sector. Working closely with some of these institutions and their consultants, he provided advice on investment policy design, implementation and monitoring. Before joining Wellington Management, Kofi worked at Blackrock Financial Management, a global asset management firm with over $3.6 trillion under management, At Blackrock he led the team responsible for the management of risk in all of the firm's leveraged vehicles. Kofi earned both bachelors and a master's degree in engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School. As an advisory board member Kofi provides securities operations, investment management operations and corporate strategy experience to Sarpong Capital.

Kofi started Sarpong Capital after spending six years at The Royal Bank, five years at Deloitte and a year at Standard Chartered Bank. During his time at The Royal Bank he led the operational setup of the treasury front office function including designing the workflow and control environment. He has attended numerous FX, Money Market, Derivative and Fixed Income Trading training courses held by Citibank, Exam Ready, ACI Ghana and the National Banking College. Kofi is passionate about markets and is a guest lecturer on Global Master Repurchase Agreements (GMRAs) and Repo Markets at the National Banking College in Ghana. At Deloitte he advised on over USD 1 billion of Ghanaian debt and equity transactions focusing on strategy and execution of fund raisings and restructurings for Financial Institutions, Transport, Manufacturers, Healthcare Institutions and Public Sector focused entities. Kofi has been involved in numerous valuation, M&A and Leveraged Finance transactions spanning the financial services, shipping, transportation and real estate industries. His time at Standard Chartered Bank was spent with the Structured Trade Finance team where he focused on originating and syndicating of structured trade finance products. He is an ACCA charter holder, holds a specialist MSc. in Accounting and Finance from Manchester Business School and holds a BSc. (Honours) in Accounting from the University of Hull. Kofi has overall responsibility for all business lines, governance and operations at Sarpong Capital.

Lisa is an experienced investment banking professional and has conducted several transactions requiring due diligence, financial modelling and marketing materials preparation. Lisa holds an MBA from Accra Business School and a bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Ghana. She attended St. Roses Secondary School and her interests include reading, playing table tennis and volley ball. Her role at Sarpong Capital currently includes managing the execution of the Firm's investment banking transactions.

Marian Nyamekye-Boamah

He was most recently Head of Trading at GFX Brokers where he managed a team of traders and salespeople, and had primary responsibility for meeting monthly and annual revenue targets. Before GFX, P.K. spent two years as a Business Development Manager at Rosecraft Vending Solutions where he built a market for the SandenVendo line of vending machines in the West African sub region. P.K. is Business Administration graduate of Ashesi University. He attended Lincoln Community School where he earned his International Baccalaureate. P.K.'s interests include technology, watching documentaris, reading and is an avid tennis player.

Steve is a Treasury Management expert with over 25 years' experience in the Financial Services Sector in Ghana, Middle East, Africa and Europe 15 years of which was spent in African markets. Steve is a specialist in Foreign Exchange Markets and Foreign Exchange Risk Management across Middle Africa Markets, Asset Liability, Liquidity Management and Turnaround of Financial Institutions across Africa, Balance Sheet Advisory and Fixed Income Trading. Steve has previously held roles at Fidelity Bank as Director (Treasury), Ecobank Transnational Inc (ETI) as Treasurer, Standard Chartered Bank Africa Director (Fixed Income Trading), Standard Chartered Bank Zimbabwe as Treasurer and Co-Head of Wholesale Banking, Standard Chartered Bank Ghana as Executive Director Treasury and Co-Head of Wholesale Banking, and Ashanti Goldfields as Head of Treasury. Steve has been a member of the Presidential Task Force appointed to set up the Ghana Exim Bank; a chairman of the Investment Advisory committee of the Petroleum Management Fund and a member of the FX Loss Committee and Petroleum Pricing, Ghana. He is currently the faculty head for treasury management at the National Banking College and Managing Partner of the Treasury Warehouse, a leading treasury risk management advisory firm. Victor Yaw Asante

Victor has rich banking experience spanning over 20 years. He is currently the Managing Director of FBN Ghana and has previously held roles as Head of Corporate and Institutional Banking with oversight responsibility for Commercial Banking Business at First National Bank Ghana, a subsidiary of the First Rand Group of South Africa. Victor has also worked with the Standard Chartered Bank Group, serving variously as the bank's Managing Director and Head of Corporate and Institutional Clients at its Botswana subsidiary, and as Managing Director and Regional Head of Transaction Banking - based in Ghana with additional responsibilities over other West African countries including Cameroun, Cote d'Ivoire, Gambia and Sierra Leone. Victor has had stints with Merchant Bank (now Universal Merchant Bank) and Unilever Ghana Limited, both of which gave him a hands-on experience with strategic knowledge in banking and in business generally. Yaw joins Sarpong Capital after spending three years with Deloitte's Corporate Finance team as a Senior Financial Analyst and after four years at Sahel Bank as a client relationship manager. Yaw holds a BSc in Economics from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a Masters in Finance and Accountancy from the University of Westminster and is an ACCA Charter holder. At Sarpong Capital Yaw is the Chief Operating Officer overseeing the smooth running of the business and its operations. Yaw oversees the Regulatory Compliance, Finance & Administration and the Investment Banking operations of the firm. Yaw is the founder of NYKS Group, which has diverse subsidiaries. Within the group, Yaw is CEO of SA Energy, a Bulk Distribution Company, Chairman of the board of directors of Unicorn Petroleum, an Oil Marketing Company, Chairman of Paradise Havens Estate, and a Director at Ladybird Logistics. His experience spans 16 years in the Oil and Gas sector. He has previously held roles at Fueltrade Ghana as Chief Finance Officer and Head of Investments, at Bulk Oil Storage & Transportation Company (BOST) as Chief Finance Officer. He is a founding member and director of the Chamber of Bulk Oil Distributors (CBOD) and Legacy Bonds. Before the Oil and Gas sector, Yaw was a Tax and Legal Consultant at Ernst & Young Ghana.
