All appointments require a 30% deposit due at the time of booking. The cost of the deposit goes towards the total amount of the service. The deposit is required to hold your appointment... Deposits on appointments cancelled within 24 HOURS are NON-REFUNDABLE. Clients that no call/no show will lose their deposits... If you need to reschedule an appointment, please call the salon to do so at LEAST 24 HOURS in advance. Appointments that are rescheduled over 24 hours in advance can use their current deposits towards the rescheduled appointment.
