The relationships we have built over the years with our suppliers are nearly as important as the relationships we have with our customers! Chef's David McCann and Fergal McGee have personally visited many of our suppliers and have formed long standing relationships with them. For example seeing where our vegetables are grown, the process of making goats cheese, the pastures our beef is reared on, is in a way unlocking the secrets to excellence.
