SHADY SPRING STABLES

Shady Spring Stables is a small family owned Gypsy Vanner breeding farm located in Troy, Ohio. Established in 2011, when the search for the "perfect" breed was discovered while looking for a great horse for our Grand Children. The Gypsy Vanner horse is known for their gentle temperament, willingness to work and especially their beauty. The breed has the exotic look of a fairy tale horse with the massive feather and baroque bodies. A horse any fairy princess would love to ride or be rescued by!!!!!... Shady Spring Stables is a family owned horse farm. Riding horses and caring for them is a family shared interest. Our horses are wonderful with children... We have started slow, looking for the best in the breed to start our farm and we think we have a great start. Our stallion, Segway , is one of very few buckskin Vanners and he is a beautiful example of his breed. He comes from Champion bloodlines with Taskin, his father taking the Grand Champion honors and also becoming a Breyer horse..
