As Director of Preconstruction, Greg holds executive-level responsibility as the head of the preconstruction department. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, he manages and mentors a team of project executives and oversees all preconstruction workload efforts to ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness. Greg also makes sure that peripheral considerations are addressed in all construction budgets, such as adjacent properties, site constraints, and other technical means and methods not directly associated with the projects themselves.

Mark Rubinstein

As a Senior Preconstruction Manager, Mark works closely with clients beginning in the early stages of preconstruction to prepare preliminary cost estimates and create a preconstruction schedule. He then mentors, supports, and manages preconstruction managers who work with designers, subcontractors, and project managers to handle the detailed aspects of projects leading up to the construction phase, such as subcontractor bids and scopes, design cost control, and detailed cost estimates. Background Mark has been working in the construction industry for 15 years, including 14 in Florida and with Stiles. He began as a Superintendent with a home-building company in Central Florida then became an Assistant Project Manager and Estimator with a general contractor before joining Stiles in 1998. He has worked on a variety of projects, from city planning to fountains with ultrasonic sensors, roadway improvements, emergency operation center, retail centers, and condominiums. Mark has a talent for finding creative approaches when complex issues arise. He applies this skill, his estimating background, and his teamwork abilities to exceed clients' expectations.

Randolph R. Zerra

As a Project Executive, Randy is responsible for the overall success of the project from conception to completion. Client satisfaction is of utmost importance to Randy, who works closely with clients as a liaison to staff members to ensure timeliness and fiscal responsibility. Interacting with preconstruction and overseeing a team of project managers and superintendents, Randy assures effective communication between clients, designers, and field staff. He also prepares and tracks adherence to schedules and budgets, follows and supervises quality and safety control, and interfaces with subcontractors.

As Senior Vice President, Tim oversees both the preconstruction and operations teams, serving as the single source of contact for all operational aspects to ensure a seamless process for clients from the start of contracts, throughout construction, to the final delivery of products. He facilitates communication, making certain preconstruction commitments, including design cost control, final project budgeting, and buyout, are successfully integrated with field work. Tim's 20-plus years of management experience and his decade of involvement with all major Stiles' projects give him the unique ability to lead in this role.

Timothy O. Moore

Tim joined Stiles Construction in 1983 and has been successfully leading the company as President since 1994. He is responsible for strategy, market identification and penetration, and overall corporate guidance. He also holds executive responsibility and authority for all construction operations. Client satisfaction is job one for Tim, who is involved in contract negotiations and transactions on all major projects. Having built millions of square feet for Stiles Corporation, Tim and his team have walked in the owner's shoes and share their expectations for honesty, quality, and a solid return on investment.

Tony Sanchez

Tony Sanchez, Jr. was recently elected and currently serves as President of the Seminole Tribe of Florida, Inc. with responsibility for leading the Florida Seminole Tribe's economic development company. Prior to being elected President, Tony was the General Manager of the Seminole Casino in Immokalee. During his 12-year tenure, which began in 1999, the Seminole Casino experienced significant financial growth. In his current role, Tony plans to diversify the Tribe's economy by identifying and developing new business holdings. He seeks to increase Seminole business presence by significantly engaging in the marketplace. In addition he has made plans to redefine corporate transparency; develop strategic alliances; establish standard setting initiatives; create a stable business environment; and manage community relations. Tony knows providing for the day includes preparing for tomorrow and actions taken today affect future generations of Tribal members. He believes that corporate progress through economic development must be carefully planned. At a very young age, Tony recognized that hard work and education would be necessary for him to provide for his family and fellow Tribal members in the way his grandfather and other elders did. It has been his experience watching and taking part in service to his family and Tribe that lead him to believe in the importance of maintaining the Tribe's sovereign presence and prosperity. Tony earned a Bachelor's from St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas in 1983. Since then, Tony has served his Tribe in various positions. Throughout his experiences, Tony has honed his business skills, turned economic and human resource limitations into profits. Over time, Tony has remained dedicated to his Tribe and its best interests. Tony respects his leadership position; leads with integrity; and proposes actions and decisions based on the best interests of the shareholder/members.
