Billie Faye came to Florida from Wilmington, North Carolina to work in the Equine Industry. Billie Faye and Danny Smith have three beautiful children: two sons, Will and Harmon, and one daughter, Mandy. And 5 grandkids. Billie Faye enjoys horse riding, junking, water sports, hiking and fellowship with friends.
Although she loved the work in the equine industry, and still loves horses, after 20 years in the equine industry she knew the time had come for a new direction. She obtained her Florida real estate license, partnering with Danny to serve the residents of Sumter County, Florida. Billie Faye is a member of the Realtor Association of Lake and Sumter Counties, Florida Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors. With specialty designations as Graduate Realtor ®Institute, and Senior Real Estate Specialist.
