Allison is the founder of smith & beta and Giide. She held roles as Director of Digital Development at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners and CP+B, and is over-the-top passionate about redefining workplace learning and all things talent transformation.
In his role as head of accounting and operations, Jason's mandate is threefold: clarify our financial picture, streamline our accounting processes, and make accounting slightly less boring for the rest of us. He holds a BS in Accounting.
