Amy Noroski

Amy brings over 6 years of property management experience and a wealth of knowledge in the construction industry to Solo Real Estate's property management team. Amy has lived in Philadelphia's Fairmount neighborhood for nearly 18 years. She has spent most of her professional career in marketing for the construction and development industry. Prior to joining Solo Real Estate, Amy worked in Membership, Events, and Maintenance Coordination for a Synagogue on the Main Line before transitioning to real estate. She spent over 6 years working closely with developers as a client coordinator and property manager before joining the Solo team in 2022. In her free time, Amy loves to travel and cheer on our sports teams, especially the Sixers and the Phillies.

Ari Charmont

Ari grew up in a Caribbean-American household with three generations of family members in a culturally diverse neighborhood outside of Philadelphia. Being so close to the city gave Ari ample opportunities to explore many hot spots of Philadelphia throughout the years. After supporting his grandfather on numerous rehab projects and working with a close family friend in the real estate business, Ari joined Solo Real Estate as a property manager. As a former caretaker for Lower Merion Township's Bridlewild Trails in Gladwyne, Ari appreciates Solo Real Estate's focus on sustainability. He recently completed Temple's Real Estate Institute program and is currently working on obtaining his real estate license. Education Temple University Real Estate Institute When he is not managing properties, Ari is spending time with family and friends, taking care of his four nieces and nephews, playing pick-up basketball with friends, or attending local sporting events.

Deborah Solo

Born and raised in Ardmore, Pennsylvania, Deborah Solo's family has a long history and connection to the city of Philadelphia. It began with her grandfather Louis Solo, who first started buying properties in Center City in the 1940s, and with Deborah's father, Stanley Solo, the original founder of Solo Realty Company

Denise Piechoski

Born and raised in South Philadelphia, Denise Piechoski has been a part of Solo Real Estate for the last 39 years. She is an integral member of our client services team, handling all of our Accounting and Bookkeeping services.

Jeff Carpineta

A highly experienced Realtor for Residential and Commercial Real Estate, and now Associate Broker at Solo after 18 years, Jeff is also known for his volunteer work in the community: he's the Past President, and current Board Member of East Kensington Neighbors Association (EKNA), addressing neighborhood issues, open space protection and the need for heartful urban planning. Jeff is also a musician, artist, native plant gardener, and is very passionate about creative spaces.

Jennifer Davis

Jen brings over 10 years of office management experience to the Solo Team. She is eager to help assist with anything that comes her way and knows what it takes to make sure the office runs smoothly. Jennifer was born and raised in Easton, PA. She moved to Philadelphia in 2007 to attend Temple University. After finishing her degree in Applied Communications in 2010, she decided to make Philadelphia her home and has resided in the city ever since. She's currently living in Queen Village, a neighborhood in South Philadelphia. Jennifer joined the Solo Real Estate team in September of 2021 as our Office Coordinator. Since then, she has enjoyed working with the staff as well as the many owners, tenants, and contractors we interact with regularly. Whether she is ordering supplies, contacting tenants/owners regarding upcoming appointments, assisting the bookkeeper with billing, or the property management team with scheduling repairs, Jennifer ensures the office is running smoothly. One of Jennifer's favorite things about Philadelphia is its architecture. She loves its homes, buildings, and charming streets. Her favorite block in the city is the 1700 block of Addison Street, and she recommends visiting at night to witness its many Ginko trees strung up with twinkling lights. Parker Ross

Hailing from Lancaster, PA, Parker touched down in Philadelphia in 2018 where he subsequently earned a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Temple University. In 2021, he joined the team first as a Marketing Intern and then as a Leasing Assistant. After graduating college and working as a Marketing Coordinator for a tech startup he returned to Solo in 2023 as a Leasing Coordinator. Soon after, he became a licensed REALTOR. Parker's dedication to brand authenticity in marketing paired with his admiration for Philadelphia's charm and character led to a career with Solo Real Estate. He joins Solo in their efforts to promote responsible development, urban planning, and a sustainable lifestyle. Rebecca "Becca" Nichols-Franqui

Sean Rapp

Sean grew up just outside of the city in Glenside, PA. Beginning his undergrad studies at Temple University in 2007, any of Sean's free time was spent exploring Philadelphia. Sean worked his way through college as the manager of the rooftop pool at the William Penn House during the summers. The breathtaking views from that roof are what ignited his love affair with the city. Periodically during college, Sean would lend a hand to contractors working in multifamily buildings in Center City. This experience led to an opportunity on the property management side of real estate; working closely with Ted Gay of George Gay Real Estate, Sean learned the ins and outs of property management and bookkeeping from a well-established third-generation business. In 2014, Sean took the valuable skills and knowledge harnessed at GGRE to another family business on the other side of Walnut Street; Solo Real Estate, Inc. With proven skill in property management, familiarity with renovation, and true love of the city, Sean is ready, willing and able to assist you in buying, selling and managing your real estate. If by some miracle he is not performing his property manager duties or assisting clients, Sean can be found hiking the Wissahickon, biking along the Schuylkill River, or enjoying a meal and a craft beer at one of the many fine eateries in Philadelphia.

Simran Safer

Simran joined Solo in 2023 to be at the frontline of sustainable change with a dynamic cohort of real estate specialists. Her understanding of factors involved in the myriad of human experiences is a boundless life-long journey to which she is deeply committed.

Tim Magenta

Tim joined the Solo team in 2020 and supports the conveyancing of transactions. A Philadelphia native, Tim is a local artist, musician, and educator. When not in the office, he can be found working in his art studio or playing gigs around the city.
