Carlee Dymond

Carlee Dymond joined Schwartz, Orgler, Jordan & Williams, PLLC in 2022, and works in the firm's Pass Road and Hwy 49 locations. Carlee is licensed to practice in various state and federal courts in Mississippi, including the United States District Court, the Mississippi Supreme Court, the Mississippi Court of Appeals, as well as the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Carlee grew up in Gulfport, Mississippi, and graduated from Gulfport High School in 2015. Carlee later attended Mississippi State University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance. Before her admittance to the Mississippi Bar, Carlee graduated magna cum laude from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2022. She received the American Jurisprudence Award in Contracts and Business Corporations. Carlee also served as a Senior Staff Editor of the Mississippi Sports Law Journal. She is an active member of Saint James Catholic Church in Gulfport and serves as a St. James youth group mentor.

Christian Strickland

Christian Strickland is a lawyer with Schwartz, Orgler, Jordan & Williams, PLLC. He is licensed to practice in various state and federal courts in Mississippi, including the United States District Court (Southern and Northern Divisions), the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Christian is a third-generation lawyer. Born in Oxford, Mississippi, Christian grew up in Gulfport where he graduated from St. John High School. Christian then attended Franciscan University of Steubenville in Ohio (Franciscan) where he double majored in philosophy and theology. While at Franciscan, Christian was a Fishers of Men Christian fraternity member. Following graduation from Franciscan, Christian received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss). After law school, Christian clerked for Judge Jennifer T. Schloegel, Chancellor for the Eighth Chancery Court District of Mississippi. Christian is the former President of the Harrison County Bar Association.

Dustin Williams

Dustin Williams has practiced law in Gulfport since graduating from the University of Mississippi and his subsequent admission to the Mississippi bar in 2006. He currently works alongside senior partner Mark Orgler in the firm's Gulfport office. Dustin is licensed to practice in various state and federal courts in Mississippi, including the United States District Court (Southern and Northern Divisions), the Mississippi Supreme Court, the Mississippi Court of Appeals, as well as the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Dustin also serves as a title agent for the Chicago Title Insurance Company, First American Title Insurance Company and The Security Guarantee Title Insurance Corporation of Baltimore and handles both simple and complex real estate and commercial transactions as an agent for said companies. A native of Lexington, Mississippi, Dustin graduated from Central Holmes Academy in 1999 and then attended Mississippi State University (MSU) where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 2003. While at MSU, Dustin was a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity, Mortar Board Honor Society, and served as Senior Class President. Following graduation, Dustin received his Juris doctorate degree from the University of Mississippi. Dustin resides in Gulfport with his wife, Ashley Giardina Williams, their daughter, Ava Kathryn Williams and their son, Nathan Ross Williams. He and his family are active members of St. James Catholic Church in Gulfport, MS.

Jay Jordan

Jay Jordan has practiced law on the Mississippi Gulf Coast since graduating from the University of Mississippi in 1999. He was admitted to the Mississippi bar in 1999 and is licensed to practice in various state and federal courts in Mississippi, including the United States District Court (Southern and Northern Divisions), the Mississippi Supreme Court, the Mississippi Court of Appeals, as well as the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Our attorneys also serve as title agents for the Chicago Title Insurance Company, First American Title Insurance Company and The Security Guarantee Title Insurance Corporation of Baltimore and handle both simple and complex real estate and commercial transactions as agents for said companies. Born in Starkville, Mississippi, in 1973, Jay graduated from Starkville Academy in 1991 and then attended Mississippi State University (MSU) where he received a Bachelor of Accounting degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1996. While at MSU, Jay was a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity and graduated summa cum laude. Following graduation from MSU, Jay received his Juris doctorate degree from the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) in 1999 and was a John Grisham scholarship recipient. Jay is a member of the Harrison County Bar Association, Mississippi, Bar Association and the Real Estate Section of the Mississippi bar. He is also a member of the Harrison County Young Lawyers Association. Jay is active in the Biloxi community, currently serving as the board attorney for the Homebuilders Association of the Mississippi Coast and is a member of numerous committees with the Gulf Coast Association of Realtors. He has served as past attorney and volunteer legal counselor for the Mental Health Association of South Mississippi, Mississippi, Association of Realtors and is active in various committees and charitable organizations. Jay resides in Biloxi with his two daughters, Lily and Anna Claire Jordan, and is an active member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church.

Jordan R. Mathews

Jordan R. Mathews joined Schwartz, Orgler, Jordan & Williams PLLC in 2016, and works in the firm's Pass Road and Hwy 49 offices. Jordan is licensed to practice in various state and federal courts in Mississippi, including the United States District Court (Southern and Northern Divisions), the Mississippi Supreme Court, the Mississippi Court of Appeals, as well as the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. A proud graduate of St. Patrick Catholic High School, Jordan later attended the University of Southern Mississippi where he graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Upon graduation, Jordan was inducted into the University of Southern Mississippi Hall of Fame. Jordan also received the Most Outstanding Student award from the college of business and the Most Outstanding Thesis award from the honors college. Jordan graduated second in his law school class, summa cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law in May of 2016. Before graduating law school, Jordan passed the February 2016 Mississippi bar exam. Jordan received the American Jurisprudence (most outstanding student) award in Legal Research and Writing, Criminal Procedure, and Lawyering Skills. Jordan served as the associate cases editor for the Mississippi Law Journal. Before Schwartz, Orgler, & Jordan, PLLC, Jordan interned with United States District Judge Sul Ozerden, S.D. Mississippi, as well as Magistrate Judge Robert H. Walker. Jordan and his wife, Cierra, daughter, Mila, and son, Liam, attend St. Michael Catholic Church in Biloxi. Jordan also serves as a Board Member for Mercy Housing and Human Development.

Mark C. Orgler has served as a managing partner of Schwartz, Orgler, & Jordan, PLLC, since 2003 and oversees the firm's Gulfport office. He is a graduate of Ole Miss Law School. Mark is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association and the Real Property Section of the Mississippi Bar. He is an Advisory Board Member of BancorpSouth Bank and is active in various committees and charitable organizations. Mark resides in Biloxi with his wife, Jackie, and children, McKay and Jack. Robert Schwartz serves as a managing partner of Schwartz, Orgler, & Jordan, PLLC, and oversees the firm's Biloxi office. He was admitted to the Mississippi bar in 1996 and is licensed to practice in various state and federal courts in Mississippi, including the United States District Court (Southern and Northern Divisions), the Mississippi Supreme Court, the Mississippi Court of Appeals, as well as the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Robert has practiced law in Biloxi since graduating from the University of Mississippi.
