This enables us to make fast decisions and gives us the ability to "adjust on the fly". In addition, our estimating staff serves a dual purpose as they become our project manager for the construction phase if awarded a job. Combined we feel this makes us a very efficient company on a job from start to finish... Stover Excavating, Inc. has been in business since 2000 and today we have a diversified and well experienced group of employees with an equipment inventory which totals over 65 units. We specialize in site development including mass earthwork, fine grading, sanitary/storm sewers & waterline utility work and also provide construction layout and staking services.
