This philosophy was first established by Anthony Rosen and David Tenenbaum. Since 2015, under the direction of Ethan Kraft and Stella Atry, Squire has maintained its focus on serving our clients with the same dedication and hard work originally instilled by Mr. Rosen and Mr. Tenenbaum. Whether it is a commitment to keeping educated on all industry policy and regulation changes, or regularly communicating with clients to ensure satisfaction and comfort with our services, we remain dedicated to fitting employers with the optimal retirement plan for their companies and employees. Dave is admitted as an attorney in New York, New Jersey and Indiana. He graduated with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Southwestern School of Law in 1983. In 1984, he was awarded a Masters in Taxation Degree (LLM) from the University of Miami. Dave has earned a Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) credential from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA). Over the past 25 years, he has worked as a consultant on profit sharing, money purchase, 401(K), 403(b), 457 and defined benefit plans for all size companies and businesses. In 2004, Dave formed Squire Retirement Plan & Consulting Services, Inc. with the mission of providing quality retirement plan services for a broad range of clients and plan sponsors.

Ethan, the most recent addition to the Squire Team, graduated from Wagner College with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance in 2012. While at Wagner College he served as vice president and treasurer of the Wagner Student Investment Group. His work experience before Squire included a marketing position with College Bound Network, a college recruitment company, and a clerkship with Wahrenberger & Pietro LLP, a law firm specializing in health care law. Ethan's drive and passion for the pension industry makes him a valuable addition to our team.

• Distribution & Loan Administrator

Prior to joining Squire, Michele worked at Bedford Management - a property leasing agent - as an office administrator with responsibilities including tenant matters, accounts receivable, leasing paperwork and administration. Since joining Squire in 2007, Michele has developed expertise in the IRS tax reporting system, processing plan distrbutions, participant loans and assisting clients with the retirement plan governmental tax reporting documents.

Stella graduated in 2005 from Gibbs College with an Associate Degree in Business Administration. While attending Gibbs, she was a member of the College National Honors Society maintaining a high level of academic achievement. Stella joined the Squire Team in January 2005 and it was immediately clear that Stella was meant for this business. By 2007, she was Squire's Senior Plan Administrator responsible for processing valuations, allocation and working with the clients. In addition to her administration responsibilities, she is the office manager, monitoring day to day operations.
