Starlight Services Inc. was founded by Rick Hall in 2004. The company expanded quickly largely due to Rick's abundant knowledge of aviation, as well as his vast military experience. He was a Vietnam Veteran of the United States Marine Corp serving as a helicopter pilot from 1968-1972. More than a decorated military officer, he was a dedicated marine with aviation as the anchor for his goals and aspirations.
