Sunrise Preschool is a not for profit preschool founded in 1974 and located at Bay Ave Parksville... We encourage children to socialize within the group, respect one another, share and be considerate of friends. Our goals for our children are to encourage them to enjoy nature and the environment, learn age-appropriate skills, recognize numbers and letters, colours and shapes, enjoy stories and rhymes and songs, learn about music through dance and instruments, learn life skills such as health and safety issues, participate in arts and crafts and creative fun projects, and enjoy the outdoor playground. Parent involvement is encouraged. Sharing ideas, hopes and values with staff creates a circle of trust and friendship!
