Located just outside of the Smart Financial Centre, the TIRZ 4 Plaza aspires to be the dynamic gathering space central to the planned development of the larger tract. The Sugar Land Legacy Foundation is currently accepting donations for a proposed pavilion that would complement the existing development in the plaza and allow for enhanced programming of the site.
