Bubba retired from the Alabama Department of Public Safety in 1994 after serving 26 years. He served as a uniform trooper and corporal in the Highway Patrol Division for 22 years. He served as a traffic homicide investigator, a felony awareness patrol supervisor, and a training supervisor. The last four years, he served in the Executive Security Unit and was assigned to the Senate Pro-Tempore and the president of the Alabama State Senate. He presently serves as the E-911 coordinator for Bullock County.

Jim Emigh Jr. 2nd Generation PSP, Enlisted Pa State Police October 7, 1991, retired as a Lieutenant on December 16th, 2016. Throughout his career he served the Commonwealth in Troop F, C, G, N, J as well as Bureau of Drug Law Enforcement. Jim retired as the Lt. Crime Section Commander of Troop G. Jim holds a bachelor's degree from Lock Haven University in Criminal Justice and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy #262. During his career, Jim served as the PSP Incident Commander for over 10 years for Penn State University Home Football Games. Since retirement Jim works as a Sr. Director of Environmental Health and Safety for major Supply Chain Company.
Jim Currently reside in Morrisdale Pa. Married to my wife Roxann and am the father of 4 boys, Hunter, Mason, Noah and Evan.

Jeff retired as a Lieutenant in 2020 after 34 years of service with the Virginia State Police. He is an adjunct instructor for the Virginia Department of Fire Programs training state fire marshals. He previously served as AAST Virginia state director, followed by three terms as AAST's national secretary. Jeff holds a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Bluefield College and is a graduate of the North Carolina State University Administrative Officers Management Program 39th session.

Keith Barbier retired after 33 years with the Texas Department of Public Safety, serving his last 15 years as a lieutenant with the Criminal Intelligence Service. Keith completed numerous schools and programs, including the FBI National Academy. He is NIMS certified and was a member of the FBI Violent Crime Task Force and a core member of www.stophoustongangs.org. He coordinated state homeland security activities with the FBI and the U.S. Coast Guard, was an expert in organized criminal gangs, and served as a DPS WMD instructor. Since retirement Keith works as an investigator with a major insurance company. He previously served as AAST's Texas state director and national first vice president.
Kenneth Musick joined the Texas Department of Public Safety in 1990 after serving with a local Texas police department. He retired in 2016 as a Captain in the Texas Highway Patrol Division. Kenneth holds a Master of Science degree from Southwest Texas State University (1989), and is a graduate of Northwestern University's School of Police Staff and Command (1998). He served 5 years as AAST's State Director for Texas before being elected as the National Secretary, and subsequently, National Treasurer, and most recently as the 2nd Vice President. Kenneth's son is a Texas state trooper, assigned as a motorcycle trooper at the State Capital complex.

Noel Houze, a second generation Indiana state trooper, graduated from the 42nd Indiana State Police Recruit Academy in 1984 and retired in 2014. In 1994 he was promoted to squad sergeant and served as a field supervisor for the next 12 years when he then transferred into ISP's Public Information Office. Noel has a bachelor of science degree in management from Indiana Wesleyan University and attended the 102nd session of the Northwestern University Traffic Institute-School of Police Staff and Command in 1996.
