Carlos Cordero Castro was appointed General Manager of Arawak Cement Company Limited in July 2019. Prior to this, he held positions at CEMEX in Costa Rica, Nicaragua, El Salvador and Poland. Mr. Cordero Castro obtained a Licensee Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad de Costa Rica, an MBA from Universidad Católica de Chile and an Executive Management Degree from Standford-INSEAD-ITESM. He has a strong business and commercial background, coupled with strategic management skills. He has extensive industrial, commercial and strategic experience developed over 15 years in various key positions at CEMEX' operations in Europe and Central America. His most immediate post was that of Director of the Builders Segment in Costa Rica. Additionally, Mr. Cordero has worked on consulting companies in South America and Central America and served on several boards and committees within the countries he has lived.

Mr. Hollis N. Hosein

Mr. Hollis N. Hosein, is a former Group Finance Manager (June 2009) of the TCL Group and has extensive diverse experience in the areas of Financial Management Systems, Administration and General Management. Mr. Hosein is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago (ICATT). He is a Director and Chairman of the Board Audit Committee of Caribbean Cement Company Limited - Jamaica. He currently voluntarily assists with several charitable projects in Trinidad & Tobago.

Mr. Ricardo García Viani

Mr. Ricardo García Viani was appointed Group Strategic Planning Manager at the TCL Group with effect from May 4, 2015. He has over ten years of practical experience in strategic and financial planning, marketing strategy and cost and profitability analysis. Among his past positions are Corporate Strategic Planning Manager at CEMEX's corporate offices in Madrid, covering all CEMEX geographies, and Strategic Marketing Manager at CEMEX Venezuela for South and Central America and the Caribbean. In 2001, Mr. García Viani graduated in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Caracas, Venezuela, being one of only three students to receive the distinction of Cum Laude in the school's forty year history. He was also winner of the ‘Juris Vitol's Award 2001, conferred annually to the student who achieves the best academic and extra-curricular conditions. Ricardo García Viani also holds an MBA from Columbia University, New York, USA and in 2011, earned a Luxury Management Diploma from the IE Business School in Madrid, Spain.
