The Baltimore County Police Foundation was formed in 1979 as a private, business-sponsored, non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of police service in the County, and strengthening the relationship between police and the business community... The Baltimore County Police Foundation recognizes, supports, and encourages professionalism at every level of the Department. Our focus is to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Police Department and to provide them with the tools they need for continued success... The Baltimore County Police Foundation works to maintain police relations. We work with the police department and the community in Baltimore County.
