Welcome to T.T.C.A's web site. Traditional Tae Kwon Do Chung Do Kwan Association (T.T.C.A.) was founded in 1996 by Grandmaster Young Sik Choi, then a 7th Dan, Chief-master Charlie LaVanchy, then a 4th Dan and Chief-master Tom Crecelius, then a 4th Dan. T.T.C.A. was established primarily to get back to traditional tae kwon do training and values as it was in the original Chung Do Kwan Institute. It is the goal of Grandmaster Choi and Chief-Masster Crecelius to keep the organization free of politics, to maintain traditional values, and to train not only quality martial artists, but good members of society. Our program teaches beyond the physical abilities of tae kwon do. Members of TTCA learn philosophy, culture, history and language to better understand the art and embrace the full experience.
