Since we are located directly on the water, we can off-load fresh fish directly from the boat into our state-of-the-art processing facility. We offer a great line of refreshed (previously frozen) products which are great for portion control and year round consistency... Our scallop program continues to grow at a rapid pace. We operate our own scallop vessels as well as utilize the daily scallop auction. We hand grade all scallops within our HACCP certified facility in order to insure proper handling and timely delivery to every customer...
