Margaret was raised in nearby New Braunfels Texas, and studied at both Texas Tech and Southwest Texas State. She has worked in property management since 1997, and has her broker's license for over 15 years . Margaret has served on the Economic Development Board, as well as being a member of the Chamber of Commerce and the San Marcos Education foundation. Recently awarded for 10 years running in "Texas Monthly Magazine", given The Shining Star Under 40 Award, Realtor of the Year Award, and awarded for being a Real Estate Investor on the "The Self Made List"!
