Beth has a Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from The University of Connecticut in Storrs, CT. She also holds the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) designation and is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).

Marie Leiter

Marie Leiter is well known in the industry for providing clients with the creation and execution of programs and processes that increase staff satisfaction; provide organization risk protection; and ensure well-trained, engaged staff members. She is trusted by senior leaders to handle sensitive issues with the highest degree of confidentiality. With more than 14 years' experience in increasingly responsible Human Resources Management positions, she offers a wealth of knowledge across the entire Human Resources spectrum: advisor, recruiting, employee relations, benefits/compensation, compliance (government contractor), performance management, training and policy development. Her ability to influence others by example, manage issues, and lead people is evident through her significant work experience and professional accomplishments.
