VACM was formed on May 26, 2005 by the leaders of nine prominent community association management companies in Northern Virginia. Those Founding Members came together to share their expertise gained through managing in excess of 600 communities and more than 500,000 units throughout the Commonwealth. More than 10 years later, six of the original Founding Members remain, and VACM has welcomed additional Management Company Members and Associate Members.
