Bill Nelson

Bill brings 30 years of experience in global sales, marketing, product management and services management with strong subject matter expertise in telecommunications. Most recently he headed up Global Terminal Solutions for VeriFone. Prior to joining VeriFone, Bill served as the head of the Global Sales organization for Nuance Communications, a global software technology company. Previously, Bill served as executive vice president of North American Sales of SunGard Availability Services; the executive vice president of Global Sales at Nortel Networks; senior vice president at EMC; and president of Lucent's Service Provider Networks and Softswitch business units. Prior to his role at Lucent, Bill held a number of executive positions in sales, marketing and business development for AT&T. He has served on the Board of Directors of CTIA -The Wireless Association and has extensive relationships with leading Wireless Carriers and Cable Companies. Bill holds a bachelor of science from the University of Massachusetts.

Hidechika Kawai

Hidechika Kawai has 25 years of experiences in the IT arena with expertise in enterprise compute systems, ASIC/semiconductors, telecom/carriers, xDSL, network equipment, ATM switches, NAS/SAN architecture, VTL storage, and mobile software. He also has sales experience (indirect, direct and as managing director), marketing experience (marcom and product marketing), and technical engineering experience. Kawai joined General Datacomm in 1997 as Japan CEO, and joined Auspex as Japan CEO in 2000. In 2004, Kawai started NewGen Technology, Inc which provides a professional consulting service to successfully launch innovative technology companies into the Japanese market achieving strong results quickly and cost effectively. James A. Garvey

James has been managing director of Regent Pacific Management Corporation since 1985 as a leader of their turnaround team in over a dozen high profile engagements including: XET(2010), CyberAir Corporation (2008), Vivato (2006), Auspex Systems (2001) and Verity (1997). He is a senior engineering and management executive with more than 40 years of high technology experience in the areas of hardware engineering, software development and systems design. Dr. Garvey has previously served in senior level positions with Optronic Laboratories, PSI Systems Corporation, MedScan Corporation and Scanis, Inc., as a founder, CEO and CTO. He has assembled and led engineering teams that have dramatically impacted high visibility military projects such as the redesign of the AN/BST-1 Launch Control System aboard the Trident class submarine as well as the design and manufacture of automated dew-point monitoring and control systems that have been deployed to all US and NATO warships. Other highlights of his professional career include working in conjunction with the National Bureau of Standards on the calibration of the first US weather satellite. Dr. Garvey has held Final Secret and Top Secret DOD clearances, holds a Ph.D. in physics, is a member of the Sigma Pi Sigma National Physics Honor Society and has contributed to several prominent scientific publications.

Jay Kramer

Jay has 30 years of senior marketing and sales leadership experience at leading storage technology companies. Jay held several executive management positions with Unisys Corporation which included launching the industry's first fibre channel storage arrays to the enterprise marketplace. Jay's storage experience includes serving as VP of marketing for Creative Design Solutions Inc., an emerging NAS company acquired by Maxtor/Seagate Corporation and launching the first family of NAS backup appliances to the consumer and SMB market. He has served as VP of worldwide marketing for numerous industry leading storage companies spanning technology innovation for fibre channel/iSCSI SAN, SSD virtualization appliances and deduplication data protection solutions. He has served in leadership roles on the Board of Directors of the Fibre Channel Industry Association (FCIA) and the Storage Network Industry Association (SNIA) helping create the multi-billion dollar SAN marketplace and as chief architect launching the SNIA Certification Program which created a career path for storage professionals. Jay is the Co-Founder of the Flash Memory Summit which has become the largest vendor neutral storage industry conference worldwide and currently serves on the Executive Committee, leading the Marketing Session Track and Chairperson of the Awards Program. Jay holds dual BS degrees in Marketing & Finance from Syracuse University Whitman School of Management.

Kris Canekeratne

Kris is a co-founder of Virtusa, a global IT consulting and outsourcing services company and has served as chairman of the board of directors since inception and has served as chief executive officer from 2000 to the present. As chief executive officer, he plays a key role in defining the company strategy to maintain its leadership position in the rapidly evolving IT industry and leads a team of over 7,000 world class professionals. Kris was also largely instrumental in raising growth capital for the company and led Virtusa's initial public offering on the NASDAQ (VRTU) in 2007. Prior to founding Virtusa, in 1997, Kris co-founded eDocs, Inc., a provider of electronic account management and customer care, later acquired by Oracle Corporation. In 1989, he was one of the founding team members of INSCI Corporation, a supplier of digital document repositories and integrated output management products and services and served as its senior vice president from 1992 to 1996. Kris obtained his B.S. in Computer Science from the L.C. Smith College of Engineering & Computer Science at Syracuse University.

Mark has a broad technology background and significant field sales, marketing and channel developing experience in China, having worked in the industry for over 25 years. Mark is chairperson for Sepaton China for over 8 years, where he introduced Sepaton VTL product into the China market successfully promoting the company brand, engaging best in class channel partners and leading business development since 2003. As a pioneer introducing innovative technology such as virtual tape library solutions in China, he has a proven track record achieving channel partner and end user adoption in the region including three top banks, two major life insurance company, top two telecommunication carriers and top two energy companies. In addition, Mark served in several executive positions for emerging companies, including vice president of Asia in C&C Reservoirs, chief representative Auspex China, chief representative of both Houston based Syntron Inc. and CogniSeis Inc. for China market. With an excellent reputation and rich experience in the IT industry, Mark has a vast amount of channel connections with system integrators, product distribution companies and reseller channel partners in China, where he built strong credibility and a solid reputation. Prior to this role for more than two decades, Mark worked for both state owned Petro China and China National Offshore Oil Corp as a manager responsible for information and system management in the computer center.

Mike has 30 years of experience in the computer and storage industry with various senior management roles in sales, marketing and executive management. Mike started Wax Myrtle in June 2012 based on his international experience in working throughout Asia. Mike is a member of the Board of Directors at GlassHouse Technologies. Previously, Mike served as president and chief executive officer of Sepaton, maker of the world's fastest backup and recovery solution, since September of 2003. Before joining Sepaton, Mike had been president of Auspex Systems, Inc., the original developer of network-attached storage devices. Prior to that, he served as a division vice president at Data General and then EMC, where he was responsible for Americas sales and services and the worldwide healthcare division. Before 1993, Mike worked at Unisys for 17 years and held a variety of senior management positions in sales and marketing as division president, VP of marketing operations and executive assistant vice chairman. Mike has a proven track record in developing worldwide channels and leading small emerging companies to successful exit strategies and scaling larger companies to highly impressive profitable results. Mike holds a BS from Kings College, Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Pat has had over 30 years of experience helping to guide and scale businesses to success, focusing on building highly differentiated and disruptive value propositions to aggressively capitalize on emerging market opportunities. Pat previously served as President and CEO of GlassHouse Technologies, the SVP and CFO for Netezza, where he led Netezza's 2007 initial public offering on the New York stock exchange, and was instrumental in negotiating the sale of Netezza to IBM for $1.9B in November 2010. Prior to Netezza, Pat was SVP and CFO of Silknet Software, where he took the company public on NASDAQ before orchestrating its sale to Kana (NASDAQ: KANA) for $4.2B, a leading provider of enterprise customer support and communications applications. He currently sits on the board of KIVA Systems, an innovative material handling and warehouse automation provider, and on the board of Xtalic Corporation. Pat is also on the executive committee of the Boston College Technology Council. He received his B.S. from Boston College and an MBA from the Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.

Robert M. Dutkowsky

Bob joined Tech Data in October 2006 as CEO and was appointed to the Board of Directors. His career began with IBM where, during his 20-year tenure, he served in several senior management positions including vice president, distribution - IBM Asia/Pacific. Prior to joining Tech Data, Bob served as president, CEO, and chairman of the board of Egenera, Inc. (a software and virtualization technology company), from 2004 until 2006, and served as president, CEO, and chairman of the board of J.D. Edwards & Co., Inc. (a software company) from 2002 until 2004. He was president, CEO, and chairman of the board of GenRad, Inc. from 2000 until 2002. Starting in 1997, Bob was executive vice president, markets and channels, at EMC Corporation before being promoted to president, Data General, in 1999. Bob has also served on the Board of Directors of Sepaton, Inc., since 2004. Bob holds a B.S. degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
