A second- generation recruiter, Jeff is President and CEO of The Wayne Group Ltd. Jeff has been a recruiter and involved with human resource management since 1989. Initially raised in England and later studying at Oxford University. Jeff graduated from Regis University in 1980 with degrees in Business Administration and in Economics.

Robert H. Wayne

Mr. Wayne served 20 years in the United States Air Force. On leaving the Air Force, he served the American Express Company as Operations Manager of the Money Order Division. Four years later he decided to re-settle his family in the San Francisco Bay Area. He founded the Wayne Group Ltd in 1969 and incorporated in San Francisco. The Wayne Group Ltd. was incorporated in January 1969 in San Francisco, California. Expansion of our services into all areas of human resource management has continued since inception.
