Helga Wessing is founding partner of Wessing & Partner. Prior to this, she was a partner in one of the large German commercial law firms until 1997, and then worked as a lawyer in the law firm Wessing II - Verjans. Helga Wessing studied law at the University of Cologne and medicine at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf. Since 2005 she is a licensed physician. As a lawyer, Helga Wessing is particularly specialised in medical criminal law. For several years now, she has been increasingly involved in voluntary work as a doctor for charitable purposes. Her language skills include English, French and Spanish.
