Ben Lineberry

Job Titles:

  • Office Manager / Construction Management
Ben has over 20 years total experience in design and construction support services. He has strong leadership skills to effectively represent the client in resolving conflicts with the contractor, and utility companies such as DC Water, Pepco, and Washington Gas. His technical design skills allow for field adjustments to keep projects on schedule. He is also known for accurate detailed project documentation and reporting, as well as prompt invoice submittals.

Cesar Vargas

Cesar has over 30 years of roadway/civil engineering experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with many review and regulatory agencies. He has a thorough understanding of DDOT Engineering Manual and Design Standards, AASHTO, FHWA, ITE and MUTCD guidelines, as well as effective working relationship with District utility companies, particularly DC Water, Pepco, Washington Gas, and Verizon.

Dennis Morrison

Dennis has over 35 years of transportation engineering and construction experience and has proven expertise in development and has lead partnering activities for small and large scaled projects. He is actively involved in the oversight and execution of projects to ensure customer satisfaction.

Fred White

Job Titles:
  • Structural Engineering
Fred has over 30 years of structural engineering experience offering full range of capabilities such as structural analyses, feasibility/alternative studies, life cycle cost analyses, and design of complex structures. His DC experience includes bridges over water such as the Benning Road Bridge over Anacostia River; bridges over railroads such as New Hampshire Avenue; and bridges over roadways such as 9th Street over I-395.

Marquette Mayberry

Job Titles:
  • Environmental Services
Marquette has close to 20 years of experience in hazardous material testing, inspection, and abatement. His expertise includes assessments and testing; development of remediation specifications, plans and cost estimates; and remediation monitoring.

Mike Glickman

Mike has close to 20 years of traffic engineering and transportation planning experience. His work ranges from traffic signal studies and system design to multi-modal studies, impact analyses, economic analysis, and traffic calming plans, pedestrian studies, and transportation feasibility/alternatives studies.
