WICKER PARK BARS

Wicker Park is a neighborhood in Chicago that is located directly northwest of the Loop. Wicker park is part of located in West Town. The areas is just south of Bucktown. Wicker park was started by Charles and Joel Wicker. The Wicker's purchased 80 acres of land which was located along Milwaukee Avenue back in the late 1800's. They then made a subdivision with various sized lots surrounding a large 4 acre park, hence the name "Wicker Park".
