West Bay Christian Academy is an independent Christian school that serves families with children in Preschool through 8th Grade... In May 2011, West Bay Christian Academy received its third 10-year accreditation status with the New England Association of Schools and Colleges, Inc. (NEASC) and second 10-year accreditation with the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI). We are proud to have been the first Christian school in Rhode Island to hold dual certification from these two commissioning agencies... WBCA currently has an enrollment of 200 students, Preschool through 8 th Grade. Our student body currently represents more than 40 churches and originates from 15 different townships within Rhode Island. West Bay has had the privilege of nurturing the children of West Bay communities over the past 40 years, providing an education that is distinctively Christian and academically excellent. The school celebrated its 40 th anniversary through the 2021-22 academic year.
