• Trainer of the Crossroads Equestrian Center

Jan Golash is the owner and head trainer of The Crossroads Equestrian Center, which she incorporated in 1992. Jan is hands-on in the day to day operation of The Crossroads. Everything from the quality of the hay and grain to the condition of the footing in the arena is of the utmost importance. Care of both horses and clients is her top concern.

Jessica Schwab joined the Crossroads Equestrian Center team in 2015 as an assistant trainer. Jessica has trained and competed in Hunters/Jumpers and Eventing throughout her life. As a child she was an active member in her local Pony Club chapter in Wisconsin, including being on the regional youth board. While attending Lehigh University she rode on the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association circuit and trained in Eventing. Jessica's foundation in the basics and focus on horsemanship help prepare riders for the show ring. She is dedicated to creating individualized training plans for each of the horses and riders she works with.
