Arina Novizas Shebubakar is a Senior Legal Advisor/Consultant at energy company and lecturer at University of Al Azhar (Indonesia) teaching Contract Drafting and Law Theory. In 2009, Arina became an Indonesia Legislative Candidate from the Golkar Party in Indonesia. Asmin Fransiska is a Lecturer in Atma Jaya University, Jakarta, Indonesia. She got the Master Degree (LL.M with Honors) from School of Law, Northwestern University, Chicago, - USA. She is also a Coordinator of Indonesian Drug Policy Reform (ICDPR) which contains Law Faculty, Research Centre on HIV/AIDS, NGOs and Female Organization. Dr. Gong Xiangqian 龚向前

Dr. Gong Xiangqian 龚向前 got a Ph.D (law) Degree from Wuhan University, China in 2005 and a Certification of Post-doctoral Researcher of Tsinghua University, China in 2007. He is an associate professor of law at Beijing Institute of Technology Law School, China, and acting as an academic visitor of University of Dundee, CEPMLP, UK. Professor GONG is interested in international and comparative law focusing on energy, environment, and public health. His academic positions have also included member of State Health and Quarantine Experts Commission of China, Member of Chinese Association of Energy Law, Council Member of Chinese Association of Environmental Law, etc. Professor Gong's most recent book is "Studies on International Law Issues on Infectious Diseases Control" (Law Press, Beijing, 2010). Dr. Haniff Ahamat

Dr. Haniff Ahamat is an assistant professor at Ahmad Ibrahim Kulliyyah (Faculty) of Laws (AIKOL), International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). He has been with AIKOL since 2001. He holds an LL.B. (Hons) from IIUM, an LL.M. from University Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and a Ph.D. from University of Essex, United Kingdom. He wrote his doctoral thesis on the consumer perspectives of Malaysian and EC anti-dumping regimes. Dr. Haniff teaches public international law and legal method at undergraduate level. He is currently developing a course module on international economic law at the master's level in AIKOL. Dr. Haniff has deep interest in researching into and publishing on public international law and international economic law. His key publications are an article on the framework and justifications for intra-OIC trade liberalization, which appeared in the Journal of Economic Cooperation and Development, and another article on the position of Islamic international law on free trade, which was published by Journal of the History of International Law. Dr. Tsung-Sheng Liao

Dr. Tsung-Sheng Liao is a Professor of Law at the Law Department of the National Chung Cheng University, Taiwan. He is currently the Director of Center for ESG and Sustainability Innovation (ESIC). He earned his LL.M. and S.J.D. degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School, US, in 2008. Professor Liao was a Visiting Scholar at UW Law School in 2014 and UC Berkeley Law School in 2019-2020 and a Visiting Professor at the Pacific Institute for Climate Solutions, British Columbia, Canada in 2016-17. His research focuses on international environmental law, climate change law and policy, transnational energy law and policy, and business and human rights. He has participated in many national-level research projects in the field of climate change law, renewable energy regulations, carbon capture and storage regulations, and business and human rights. He is the author of International/Transnational Environmental Law (2022) and the co-author of Republic of China and International Law-Important Events during One Hundred Republic Years (2011) and Conceptual Strategies of Carbon Capture and Storage Regulatory Framework in Taiwan (2012). He has published over 40 articles with regard to climate change issues, energy issues, human rights issues, and sustainability issues. Mahmud Zuhdi Mohd

Dr. Mahmud obtained his LL.B (Hons.) degree from the International Islamic University Malaysia (1995), LL.M from the University of Malaya, and Ph.D in Law from University of Edinburgh, Scotland. Currently, he is the Head of Industry and Community Partnerships at the Faculty of Law, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) where he also teaches public International law and cultural heritage law at the same Faculty. He has also been guest lecturer for Marine Law & Policy and Environmental Law at the Faculty of Science and Technology UKM. He is actively engaged in research and academic supervision in these areas. Recently, he was invited to speak on ‘protection of cultural property during armed conflict' at the 5th ICRC Southeast Asian Teaching Session on International Humanitarian Law at Puri Pujangga, Bangi, Malaysia. Mr. Dae Un HONG

Dae Un Hong is currently a JSD candidate at Cornell Law School. He holds a B.A. in International Relations from Seoul National University and a J.D. from Hanyang Law School in Korea. He practiced law in Korea and participated in the government research projects. He has published articles in both US and Korean journals, including Decline of Civil Jury Trial and Changes in Hearsay Rule of Civil Evidence Acts across the World in Pusan Law Review and African Studies in East Asia in Cornell Institute for African Development Bulletin. Mr. Thang Nguyen-Dang

NGUYEN DANG Thang obtained a BA in International Relations from the Institute for International Relations (now the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam), Hanoi in 1999 and an LLM in Public International Law from the School of Law of the University of Nottingham in 2006. Between 2000-2008, he worked as a legal expert inthe International Law and Treaty Department of the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs andin that capacity attended various international, regional and bilateral negotiations and conferences. Besides legal practice, he was also a visiting lecturer of the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam and co-convened a course on "Treaty Law and Practice". Heis currently a PhD candidate in the Faculty of Law, University of Cambridge and a member of Queens' College, Cambridge. In 2009-10 and 2010-11 respectively Thang served in the Editorial Boardas Editor and Managing Editorof the Cambridge Student Law Review - a student-run law journal. Jonathan Liljeblad is a Senior Lecturer in the Law School of the Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia. He received a Ph.D. and J.D. from the University of Southern California. Sun Young Oh is an assistant professor of law at Department of Global Commerce, Soongsil University, Seoul, Korea and Director of Soongsil Economic and Trade Research Institute.
