Odett joined the Bite Dentistry team as a trainee dental nurse in 2016 and has completed the Mentor training scheme in 2017, gaining an SVQ in dental nursing. She joined us after working as a dental nurse in Italy before moving to Edinburgh. She works in surgery full time, and enjoys the challenges that this brings and being a part of the Bite Dentistry team. Odett outside of work enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, going to the cinema, reading and exploring Scotland!

Stephanie Paton

Stephanie joined Bite Dentistry in July 2014 when Eimear purchased the Optical Express dental practice. She has worked as a dental receptionist since 2008 and has become a valued member of our dental team. Stephanie has great organisational skills, which is a great skill to have when organising our busy diaries. Stephanie enjoys spending time with her nephews, family and friends, as well as going to the cinema.
