Helen joined us in 2011 and deals with the legal aspects for our lettings team, advises overseas Landlords in connection with the Non-Resident Landlord Scheme and is happy to advise our client landlords in connection with any legal points. As well as keeping us up to date with the ever changing legislation in the private landlord sector and how this may affect our clients, she is also the Company's HR Manager.
Jo Carter joined our company in October 2009 and has been an integral part of the team since. She has many years' experience in Sales and Lettings and at present carries out the property inspections for our managed properties. She enjoys meeting the tenants and dealing with any issues that may arise and answering any queries. Outside work she loves long walks, swimming, cooking and socialising.
Philip has been running the sales at Rodgers for over 25 years now and is the driving force behind the sales and sales back up service. When you call Philip in to appraise your home you gain over 30 years of experience in Middlesex and Buckinghamshire of selling properties. Philip lives in Chalfont St Peter with his wife, Elaine and son, Tom and is a member of The Gerrards Cross & Chalfont St Peter Rotary Club.
