Gillian has been a member of the Committee for approximately 10 years and has the role of Assistant Treasurer as well as co-ordinating the Trade Stand Applications.
She works as a Personal Assistant.
Prior to becoming a member 20 years ago Joan started working with the Society as a helper.
She has undertaken a variety of tasks over the years and currently has the roles of Collecting Ring Steward and duties in the Administrative Section as well as the Public Address Office.

Sarah has been a member for over 30 years and during that time has undertaken various duties including Assistant Treasurer, hospitality duties, Vice Chairman and now is the Chairman as well as Publicity Officer.
She is now retired as a Head Teacher having a career working with children with Learning Difficulties.
David is the Secretary of the Society. He joined the Committee in 2006 as Assistant Secretary and now has taken over the full duties organising his first Show in 2011.
He has a career in the Civil Service.
David has been a member since 2009 and his duties relate to helping with the Show set up and as the Catalogue Supervisor during the days of the Show.
David works in Industry.

Ernie is the Treasurer to the Society undertaking all the relevant financial duties that the role demands.
He joined the Committee back in 1990 after returning to the North East.
He is now retired from his career in the Civil Service in the Department of Works & Pensions.
‘Mac' has served as a member of the Committee since 1997 and has undertaken various duties over that period of time, working with the Show manager and the Field Liaison Team before, during and after the Show.

Mark is one of the Assistant Show Managers and also keeps Health & Safety Matters up-dated under the guidance of the Show Manager.
He joined the Committee in 2008.
He works for a Safety Working & Height Company as a Manager dealing with Quality Safety, Security, Health & Environmental matters.

Mason has been a member of the Committee since 2006 and as Assistant Show Manager undertakes all the duties relevant to that position under the guidance of the Show Manager before, during & after the Show each year.
He is a Nurse working with a variety of people.
As Show Manager Robert undertakes all the relevant tasks & duties connected to the position.
He has been a member of the Society since 1997 years developing through his YKC membership.
Robert works in Engineering in the Oil & Gas industry and he holds current Health & Safety Qualifications.
Joined the Committee in 2011 and he is the Assistant Secretary working under the Guidance of the Secretary undertaking all the duties relevant to the post.
Stuart is an experienced Secondary School Teacher.
Terry has been a member of the Society since 1997 and is the Vice Chairman. His duties are in the Public Address department and he oversees the Trophies. He assists with the ‘set up' of the Show with the management department.
He is now retired from his career in an Accountancy Department.
As the Chief Steward Laurel undertakes all the duties connected with the position on an annual basis.
She has served as a Committee member since 2008 and has developed her work during that time.
She is a retired Teacher who worked with Secondary School students during her career.
