Abdul is a Chartered Engineer and CIBSE certified Low Carbon Consultant and Energy Assessor. Following previous roles at Michael Popper Associates and Sweco, Abdul joined P3R Engineers in 2016 and became Technical Director in 2024.
Abdul has been involved in a broad range of projects across various sectors from bespoke private homes to high-rise workplaces, and including buildings such as The Zig Zag Building & Kings Gate in London, and No.1 Spinningfields in Manchester. At P3R Engineers he has worked on projects including Innovation Studio at Arts University Bournemouth, Regent's Park Open Air Theatre, and St Christopher's Hospice.
Abdul's approach incorporates in-depth understanding of client requirements and architectural designs, whilst aiming for future-proofed buildings with reduced environmental impact. He manages architecturally challenging projects through innovative engineering solutions and has a keen interest in the integration of new systems and technologies.

Dhanusha is an experienced electrical engineer and Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (MIET). He has an MSc in Project Management and achieved an MBA from Ulster University. He also presented his acclaimed project, the creation of a printed circuit board (PCB) drilling machine, at the IEE engineering conference.
Throughout his career Dhanusha has worked on a range of building types including residential, commercial, and community projects. He has valuable expertise in low and extra-low voltage (ELV) electrical systems and prepares detailed design drawings in coordination with clients and project design partners.
Jasmine joined the team in 2023 following previous operations and management roles in the arts and hospitality sectors.

Michael is a Chartered Engineer with a commitment to sustainability and expertise in low carbon and passive design engineering. He established P3R Engineers in 2012, following his position as Director at Michael Popper Associates, which he founded in 1990.
As well as leading the business and guiding the P3R team, Michael continues to collaborate with architects, supporting the integration of building services into the design process. He is especially interested in finding the passive design potential in both new and existing buildings, advocating for uncomplicated yet effective building services. He has applied this approach in several innovative projects, including the Ruskin Library at Lancaster University, and the Stirling Prize shortlisted Bushey Cemetery.
Alongside P3R, Michael delivers lectures and presentations in building services design and energy performance. His voluntary work includes being a sustainability adviser for The Dioceses of Southwark and St Albans, and the Watford Shaping Panel. He also provides design services for the humanitarian architecture charity Article 25.

Mustafa is a Chartered Engineer with a PhD in energy engineering. He leads P3R Engineers' electrical team and manages a diverse portfolio of projects as well as the development, review and monitoring of technical designs and specifications.
Alongside his role at P3R, Mustafa is a visiting University Lecturer and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) with specialist knowledge of renewables and energy storage systems. He also actively participates as a technical reviewer for reputable engineering journals.
Rommel joined P3R in 2021, having previously worked as a Senior Building Services Engineer in Hong Kong, where he worked on a range of projects including commercial, education and healthcare buildings.
Rommel trained in Mechanical, Electrical and Fire Services Engineering. At P3R he is involved from the early project stages, creating digital simulations of building performance and detailed design drawings using CAD software. He prepares designs for various projects including private residential and cultural sector buildings.
Venkatesh joined P3R in 2023 after completing his MSc in Building Services Engineering. He works on the preparation and delivery of technical drawings for a range of building types. Venkatesh performs detailed energy calculations and environmental modelling to measure building performance and inform the design of mechanical systems.
